The participant must attend all 5 sessions to receive CEU credit. No partial credit will be awarded.

Hoag Partner Faith Nurses: $150
Hoag RNs: $250
All other RNs: $350
Health Ministers (non-licensed; limited availability): $150

Registration open Aug 14 – Oct 13. All paperwork and payment must be received by Oct 13, 2023. Late registrations will not be accepted.
